DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
Registration is carried out between the specified dates with the documents listed below under the supervision of the Department of Student Affairs according to the registration schedule concerning Foreign Students Acceptance

REGISTRATION DATES
 8 – 12 June 2015 for the first placement
31 August - 4 September 2015 for the second placement

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

  1. Recognized International exam result paper (It should be translated into Turkish and certified by the Turkish Embassy or Turkish Consulate).
  2. The original or certified copy of the International Exam result.
  3. The original High School Diploma and Certified copy of High School Diploma (Both should be in Turkish and certified by the Turkish Embassy or Turkish Consulate.)
  4. If available, Foreign Language Proficiency Document.
  5. If available, Turkish Language Proficiency Document.
  6. Educational Visa taken from the Foreign Representative Offices translated into Turkish and certified by the Turkish Embassy or Turkish Consulate
  7. Passport or any official identification certificate translated into Turkish and certified by the Turkish Embassy or Turkish Consulate
  8. Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee is paid.
  9. 4 photos of the applicant.
  10. Notarized document or written contract showing that the applicant has enough financial support to continue his/her education at Karabuk University. (The foreign students who are going to study at Karabuk University should provide documents from their country’s local authority or Turkish Consulate. The amount of tuition fee is annually announced on the web page of Student Affairs Office: http://oidb.karabuk.edu.tr/en
  11. For applicants who are Turkish citizen: ID number or copy of Identity Card.
  12. For applicants who are male Turkish citizen: Official/Certified document showing the Military Service Status.
  13. For Northern Cyprus citizens who completed all their secondary education in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus: Original GCE AL exam result document.
  14. Sample of residence permit (For applicants who have to apply to Security Directorate after their registration, it is compulsory to hand in a sample of their permit to the university).
